Text Message (SMS) Communication Terms and Conditions
Text messaging, also known as SMS, is one method that Movida Heights uses to communicate with customers and prospective customers. After opting-in to receive Movida Heights text messaging alerts, Movida Heights may send periodic texts that could include benefit reminders, service reservations/confirmations and event information. The frequency of text messages from Movida Heights may vary.
By opting-in to receive these text messages, you consent to our use of an automatic telephone dialing system to generate the text message to you. No purchase is required to be eligible to receive text messages from Movida Heights. While we do not charge fees to receive text messages, message and Data Rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Any costs incurred as a result are your responsibility. Check with your wireless provider for details on receiving text messages. Movida Heights reserves the right to terminate the texting service, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.
How to Opt-in: To opt-in to our automated texting service, text JOIN to “28066”. You will then receive confirmation of your opt-in from code “28066”. By replying YES, you are confirming you would like to receive mobile communications, including automated texts, from Movida Heights. Message and Data Rates May Apply.
How to Opt-out/Stop: To opt-out of the texting service, simply respond, STOP, after receiving a message, email info@movidaheights.com or call Movida Heights at 1-877-BH-CARES (862-268-9187). After doing so, you will receive a final text confirming your opt-out, and you will no longer receive any Movida Heights messages thereafter.
How to get Support/Help: To get help or customer support, simply respond, HELP, after receiving a message, call 1-877-BH-CARES (862-268-9187), visit http://www.brighthorizons.com, or email info@movidaheights.com.

Compatible carriers include: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile®/MetroPCS, Sprint, Virgin Mobile, Cricket, Boost, nTelos, Cincinnati Bell, Cellular South, Cellcom, GetLisa, Carolina West Wireless, U.S. Cellular, Interop. Additional carriers may be added. Your communication provider is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
